You do not need an online account to place an order with MedService Repair. We accept orders via phone (800) 315-9118, fax (847) 949-7919, email sales@medservicerepair.com, and online through our website. You will need to create an account to see pricing and place an order online.

If you would like to checkout online, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit and debit cards for your convenience. If you would like to use a PO#, please sign up for an account and we will provide you with instructions for entering a PO during checkout. Please call us at (800) 315-9118 if you would like to place the order directly over phone with a credit card, PO#, or other form.

MedService Repair fully supports and stands behind all of our products. In addition to providing one year parts warranties on all DSD AERs, and an 18 month warranty of tabletop AERs, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.

MedService Repair will purchase your used equipment and can present options for purchasing equipment outright or by providing credit against future purchases of supplies from our Company.
