No Fluid Flow Alarm during Initial Flush and Rinse Phases
See below for a number of troubleshooting steps you can take to diagnose and resolve this error.
- Make sure the Water Supply is turned on
- Make sure the Restrictor or Hook-up is attached properly to the Basin Connector
- You MUST either use the Restrictor or Scope with the proper Hookup attached
- You cannot use an empty hookup for the test cycle
- When not functioning properly, the following components may cause this error
- Clogged 1.0, 0.45, and / or 0.2 micron filter
- External Water Regulator
- Water Inlet Valve or its Seal (#14)
- Water Valve or its Seal (#2)
- Side A Compressor
- Air Tank Check Valve
- Air Tank Pressure Switch
- Mac Valve Assembly
- Flow Regulator
- Flow Meter
- Valve Drive Board
- Sensor Board
If errors cannot be resolved, place a service call with MedService Repair
No Fluid Flow Alarm during Disinfect Phase
See below for a number of troubleshooting steps you can take to diagnose and resolve this error.
- Ensure no debris is clogging the Uptake Tube in the Disinfectant Reservoir
- When not functioning properly, the following components may cause this error
- Clogged Disinfectant filter
- Disinfectant Pump
- Disinfectant Valve or its Seal (#8)
- Side A Compressor
- Air Tank Check Valve
- Air Tank Pressure Switch
- Mac Valve Assembly
- Flow Regulator
- Flow Meter
- Valve Drive Boar
- Sensor Board
